What you will do
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle for new freight brokerage customers.
- Prospect and qualify leads via cold outreach, LinkedIn, and industry events.
- Lead product demonstrations to showcase the value and ROI of AI-driven dispatching.
- Navigate complex deal structures involving multiple stakeholder levels from operators to executives.
- Collaborate with product and success teams to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate pipeline forecasting.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional closing experience in high-performance sales roles.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in outbound environments.
- Ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of technical products.
- Startup-minded mentality with the ability to thrive in a 0-1 building environment.
- Must be based in Chicago or San Francisco to support on-site operations.
