TL;DR
Enterprise Account Executive (SaaS): Building and expanding the Enterprise Account portfolio in the faith-based sector with an accent on pipeline development and full-cycle sales management. Focus on managing large quotas (750k+ ARR), negotiating complex contracts, and driving revenue growth within specific Texas territories.
Location: Remote, but must be based in Dallas, TX or Houston, TX
Compensation: $180k–$200k OTE

What you will do
- Develop customized account plans and build a pipeline of prospective customers through research and cold-calling.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial prospecting and product demonstrations to negotiating and closing contracts.
- Meet and exceed sales revenue and booking goals within the assigned geographic territory.
- Collaborate with Sales Development and Marketing teams to execute company-wide initiatives.
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline and documentation through Salesforce.
- Travel up to 50% for customer meetings, regional events, and national conferences.
Requirements
- 3+ years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Experience in Enterprise SaaS selling; knowledge of payments or the Not-for-Profit/faith sector is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage large quotas (~750k ARR+) and navigate long deal cycles.
- Must reside in Dallas, TX or Houston, TX.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency with Mac OSX, Google Platforms, Excel, and PowerPoint.
