Account Executive, Enterprise Growth (Data/AI): Prospecting, developing, and closing net new and expansion business for hirify.global’s data platform with an accent on Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Science, and AI/ML solutions. Focus on executing complex enterprise sales strategies, achieving multi-million revenue quotas, and building trusted advisor relationships with customers.

Location: US-CA-Menlo Park (onsite)

Compensation Range: $134,000 - $175,875

What you will do

  • Conduct discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations as a hirify.global product expert.
  • Act as trusted advisor by aligning hirify.global solutions with customers’ IT roadmaps.
  • Qualify prospects, develop new sales opportunities, and expand revenue streams.
  • Land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales within allocated accounts and territory.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas through targeted sales strategies and plans.
  • Collaborate with sales engineering, professional services, marketing, legal, and finance teams.

Requirements

  • 6+ years sales experience with consistent success selling technical solutions and software into enterprise market.
  • Demonstrable experience in enterprise complex sales within Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Science, and/or AI/ML.
  • Solution-based selling approach, managing complex sales processes, excellent presentation and listening skills.
  • Ability to define and execute sales plans to meet strategic and financial targets using industry knowledge.
  • Proven ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships.
  • Experience hitting multi-million dollar annual revenue targets.
