What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outbound prospecting to final close.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations showing measurable ROI to freight brokerages.
- Navigate complex deal structures involving multiple stakeholders, from operators to executives.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene to drive accurate forecasting and pipeline strategy.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional closing experience in high-growth environments.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in outbound-focused roles.
- Ability to effectively communicate the business value of technical AI products.
- Startup mindset characterized by proactivity and a desire to build processes from 0 to 1.
