Location: Onsite in New York City

Salary: $75,000 base with $115,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Generate new business opportunities by identifying and prospecting potential middle-market businesses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to maximize account retention and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and potential target clients.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Product, Client Success, and Sales Development.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Actively participate in networking events, conferences, and industry forums to expand professional networks.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a full-cycle sales professional in B2B sales, selling business banking/credit card products.
  • B2B sales background with track record of selling to SMBs/Middle-Market (company revenues $20m+).
  • Possess deep local market network and experienced in cold calling and hunting new business.
  • Understands how to sell into traditional and non-traditional companies.
  • Experience working in complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders that are part of the C-Suite.
  • Proficient with sales tools including Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
