Power Electronics Hardware Design Engineer (Automotive): Design next generation automotive Inverters and DC-DC converters including schematic, simulation, thermal analysis, PCB layout, circuit tolerance and worst-case analysis. With an accent on gate drivers for SiC/Si MOSFETs and IGBTs, switch mode power supplies (Flyback, Buck, Boost, SEPIC). Focus on defining hardware-software interfaces (CAN, LIN), preparing design documentation, and performing validation tests.

What you will do
- Design automotive inverters and DC-DC converters, including schematics, simulations, thermal analysis, and PCB layout.
- Develop gate drivers for SiC/Si MOSFETs and IGBTs.
- Design switch mode power supplies such as Flyback, Buck, Boost, and SEPIC.
- Prepare and review design documentation, specifications, schematics, and bill of materials.
- Define hardware-software and communication interfaces (CAN, LIN), conduct validation tests, and handle component sourcing.
- Support project management, quality activities, and electronic component validation.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Power Electronics Hardware Design.
- Experience with Altium Designer or similar PCB design software.
- Experience with digital and analog circuits.
- Fluent speaking and excellent writing skills in English.
- Location in Istanbul, TR.
