Senior Electronics Design Engineer (Power Electronics)

Location: Onsite at the office in Sundbyberg, Sweden

What you will do

• Develop next-generation control systems and power drive systems for wastewater pumping and treatment mixing.
• Contribute to system architecture, analog and digital circuit design, schematic capture, and PCB layout.
• Perform design-for-excellence activities, system integration, hands-on troubleshooting, and design verification.
• Prepare design releases including schematics, bills of material, component configurations, PCB designs, verification results, and hardware design documentation.
• Support product approvals and transfer electronics designs to manufacturing partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or a similar field.
• Several years of experience in electronics and power electronics design and development.
• Experience with schematic and PCB layout design tools, including power electronics such as AC/DC/AC converters, SMPS, IGBT drivers, and EMC filters.
• Knowledge of hardware design verification and measurement equipment.
• Experience taking electronics designs into production and complying with EMC, ESD, electrical safety, and market-specific standards.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Altium Designer.
• Communication skills in Swedish.
