What you will do

• Identify and evaluate potential partnerships with finance/accounting influencers, podcasts, newsletters, and media outlets.
• Conduct cold outreach and negotiate sponsorship deals and ad placements.
• Write ad copy, concept sponsorship formats, and manage partnership execution.
• Analyze ROI and performance data to make data-driven decisions on budget allocation.
• Build and run the influencer and media partnerships program from scratch.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years in business development, partnerships, or media buying
• Strong skills in cold outreach, cutting through noise to get responses
• Excellent negotiation skills and commercial instincts
• Ability to analyze ROI and make data-driven budget decisions
• Experience concepting ad ideas and sponsorship formats
• Comfortable in a scrappy, build-from-scratch environment

Nice to have

• Existing relationships with finance/accounting creators or media outlets
• Background in fintech, finance, or B2B SaaS marketing
• Experience with podcast or newsletter sponsorships
