What you will do

  • Lead and scale a performance-driven net-new, high-velocity sales organization.
  • Develop and mentor sales managers, ensuring they have the necessary tools and skills to succeed.
  • Establish and enforce clear performance metrics and accountability frameworks using data-driven insights.
  • Oversee pipeline management to ensure accurate forecasting and consistent deal flow.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Cultivate a results-oriented sales culture focused on collaboration and excellence.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a senior sales leadership role.
  • Proven track record of scaling outbound full-cycle new business teams in high-growth environments.
  • Expertise in leveraging data to diagnose issues and implement operational solutions.
  • Proficiency in pipeline management and accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Must be based in Denver, Colorado for full-time in-office work (5x a week).
