What you will do

  • Prospect and close supply partnerships with hotel groups, retailers, and transit hubs across EU, NA, and APAC.
  • Develop demand and distribution partnerships with OTAs, loyalty programs, and travel brands to drive user acquisition.
  • Manage the full partnership lifecycle from first contact and negotiation to MVP integration and deployment.
  • Maintain a structured pipeline and provide regular reporting on deal stages to the Head of Partnerships.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Legal teams to align internal resources and ensure successful go-lives.
  • Perform ongoing business reviews to monitor SLA performance and identify expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles.
  • Background in travel, marketplaces, consumer tech, or hospitality strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of closing complex deals with enterprise-level operators or platforms.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills and deep understanding of unit economics.
  • Project-minded approach to scoping, planning, and shipping partnership integrations.
  • Must be based in San Francisco, California.
