Sr. Partnerships Manager (Fintech): Establishing and managing third-party relationships to drive revenue, market penetration, and content enrichment for a financial data platform with an accent on strategic sourcing and account management. Focus on evaluating inbound opportunities, overseeing contract negotiations, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives to maximize business growth.
Location: Onsite in Seattle, Washington, United States (5 days a week). Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Salary: $140,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead partner sourcing by identifying and evaluating new data, research, and capability providers aligned with business needs.
- Manage a portfolio of key partnerships to ensure service quality, contract compliance, and expansion opportunities.
- Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments in collaboration with Legal and Finance.
- Monitor partner performance and usage metrics to inform renewal decisions and optimization.
- Collaborate with Marketing and GTM teams to develop partnership marketing programs and campaigns.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners and track industry trends to inform strategy.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in account management and/or business development.
- 7+ years of experience working with financial services clients (Investment Banking, PE, VC, and Limited Partners).
- Domain expertise in core capabilities such as Funds & Benchmarking, Credit, or Equity Research.
- Proven experience with partnership/alliance licensing and go-to-market structures.
- Strong cross-team collaboration skills and ability to operate in a matrixed environment.
- Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
