What you will do

• Lead customer discussions on software requirements (RFI/RFQ), balance needs with internal capabilities, and drive scope definition.
• Coordinate requirements with headquarters' solutions and ensure accurate reflection in proposals.
• Engage in technical and commercial negotiations, identify new opportunities through market insights.
• Coach application engineers, prepare technical documents, and manage internal/external communications.
• Document meetings, track action items, and maintain structured operations.

Requirements

• Exceptional written and spoken English
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Software, or related).
• Prior engineering experience in automotive R&D highly desirable.
• Self-motivated with systematic approach, business development orientation, and analytical mindset.
• Foundational knowledge of hirify.global portfolio systems, products, and applications; market understanding.
• Proven structured work style with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
