Application Team Leader (Automotive)

What you will do

• Lead customer discussions on software development topics, requirements, RFIs, and RFQs.
• Clarify requirements, define project scope, and align proposed solutions with customer needs and headquarters strategies.
• Lead technical and commercial customer engagements, negotiations, and business development opportunities.
• Coordinate communications and collaboration between customers, headquarters, application engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Coach application engineers and maintain requirements, specifications, reports, meeting minutes, and action tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, software engineering, or a related field.
• Prior engineering experience in automotive R&D is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of systems, products, and applications within the hirify.global portfolio.
• Structured, systematic, analytical, and innovative approach to work.
• Strong business development orientation, market understanding, interpersonal skills, and teamwork abilities.
• Exceptional written and spoken English.
