What you will do

• Define, plan, and perform engine and powertrain calibration within project teams.
• Manage engineering resources, conduct technical studies, specifications, engine/vehicle testing, data analysis, and validation.
• Ensure data quality, write technical reports, and review projects for compliance with standards and requirements.
• Coordinate technical development, scheduling, and resolve engineering test issues.
• Participate in customer meetings, communicate results and issues, and support calibration development trips.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Master's preferred.
• 3-5+ years postgraduate experience in IC engine emissions and OBD calibration.
• Thorough understanding of internal combustion engines, powertrain systems, emissions controls, and aftertreatment systems.
• Powertrain calibration experience achieving emissions and OBD standards (monitors: CCM, Catalyst, Misfire, EGR, etc.; IUMPR, WPA, BPU).
• Proficiency in tools like ETAS INCA, ATI Vision, Vector CANape/CANalyzer; ability to interpret C code; Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills for customer and team interfacing.

• Support for vehicle development trips (hot/cold weather, high altitude).
