What you will do

• Provide leadership and guidance to calibration technicians in day-to-day operations.
• Manage all calibration services, supplies, and equipment with a focus on quality and safety.
• Coordinate directly with customers to deliver services and support sales efforts.
• Oversee departmental P&L and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Hire, train, and develop staff to meet company objectives.
• Maintain hands-on technical capability to perform calibration on assigned equipment.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) due to ITAR export control regulations.
• 5+ years of experience in calibration of precision measurement or test equipment.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management capacity.
• Financial acumen with the ability to manage departmental P&L.
• Demonstrated ability to hire, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
