Head of Trading – Digital Assets – US

Salary: $200,000–250,000 base plus bonus

What you will do

• Acquire institutional clients and manage ongoing client relationships.
• Suggest and execute crypto trades while providing liquidity.
• Drive revenue growth and develop trading and client coverage strategy.
• Build and scale a new US trading desk as the first US hire.
• Provide market expertise and thought leadership while collaborating with internal teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales trading, execution services, or institutional coverage at a crypto trading firm.
• Deep understanding of crypto markets, including spot, futures, options, OTC, and trading dynamics.
• Existing network of institutional clients in crypto or traditional finance; a strong rolodex is required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort being the first US hire and scaling the desk.
