Salary: $200,000-250,000 Base + Bonus

What you will do

• Acquire and manage relationships with institutional clients

Requirements

• 5+ years in sales trading, execution services, or institutional coverage at a crypto trading firm
• Deep understanding of crypto markets (spot, futures, options, OTC) and trading dynamics
• Existing network of institutional clients in crypto/traditional finance (strong rolodex required)
• Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable as the first US hire scaling the desk
