What you will do

• Collaborate closely with Investor Relations and operations.
• Develop forward-looking vacancy control programmes covering the next 24 months.
• Identify tenant-mix issues and optimize retail sales opportunities.
• Assess property vacancy risks and reduce vacancy downtime.
• Analyze competitive property developments that may attract tenants away.
• Support strategies addressing newly identified issues in the shopping center.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top university.
• Experience articulating complex systematic investment strategies clearly.
• Experience working with sophisticated institutional investors and managing day-to-day relationships.
• Experience verifying compliance of critical networking equipment with policies and requirements.
• Experience providing guidance for internal network separation, segmentation, and access control.
• Onsite work in London, England.

Nice to have

• CFA or equivalent credentials.
