Transaction Reporting Business Analyst/Project Manager (Capital Markets)

What you will do

• Evaluate regulatory guidance and assess its impact on business and operations.
• Translate regulatory requirements into business and functional requirements for trade and transaction reporting projects.
• Manage multiple project and change-workstreams across Tech, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Front Office.
• Coordinate planning activities, project artefacts, stakeholder communications, and delivery updates.
• Coordinate and support UAT and Production Parallel testing through rollout.
• Trace data to the golden source and design mappings to regulatory schemas.

Requirements

• Significant experience in project or programme management and change initiatives, including regulatory change, product development, technical transformation, or operational efficiency.
• Proven experience in Capital Markets and Transaction Reporting as a project manager and business analyst.
• Ability to translate regulatory text into implementation requirements and assess impacts with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organisational, analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing complex transformations from requirements definition and control identification through testing and rollout.
• Existing right to work in the United Kingdom is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• PMI certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Agile certification or experience with Agile Scrum methodology.
