Senior Business Analyst - T&IO Solutions

What you will do

• Own end-to-end operational model impact analysis and design for product launches, maintenance, enhancements, closures, and complex transition events.
• Translate high-level operating model requirements into detailed processes, support models, and implementation designs.
• Coordinate with investment teams, risk, compliance, technology, fund managers, clients, custodians, and third-party administrators.
• Configure workflows, users, tasks, SLAs, dependencies, static data, and reference data in internal workflow tools.
• Lead operational readiness, process handover, transition testing, and implementation support for new products and mandates.
• Maintain operating model templates, playbooks, procedures, and risk and control frameworks while mentoring less experienced colleagues.

Requirements

• End-to-end understanding of asset management operating models, products, instrument types, and client requirements.
• Strong understanding of equities, fixed income, derivatives, and money markets across public and private markets.
• Experience with operating model or change design as a business analyst or subject matter expert.
• Awareness of scalability, operational risk, regulatory compliance, and appropriate risk mitigation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders and present recommendations to leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience with insurance, reinsurance, annuity, or liability-driven products.
• Experience with BRS Aladdin and outsourced asset management technology platforms.
• Knowledge of ESG principles, continuous improvement delivery, or Microsoft Power BI.
