Location: Hybrid in Raleigh-Durham, NC office (Monday-Friday in office with one day work from home per week)

What you will do

• Make strategic decisions on project priorities and alignment details
• Manage team of contract aligners creating and maintaining alignment documents for K-12 subjects
• Review skill plans for quality, incorporate feedback, and ensure high standards
• Use in-house tools to create, format, and release alignments
• Troubleshoot bugs and data formatting issues with production and engineering teams
• Collaborate with sales to align with educator needs in U.S. states and international territories
• Drive special projects by defining scope, planning, and cross-team collaboration

Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree
• 1+ years aligning content to state standards; math standards experience required
• Experience with standards in multiple U.S. states
• Proficient in math content through calculus
• Strong project management skills to lead multiple complex projects
• Intermediate proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets

Nice to have

• Experience with ELA, science, or social studies content
• Excel/Google Sheets formulas like VLOOKUP or CONCATENATE
• Experience with web technologies, programming, or databases
