TL;DR
Consultant (TechnologyOne): Assist clients in defining business requirements, performing gap analysis, and designing solutions to optimise TechnologyOne implementations with an accent on Core Enterprise Suite (CES), CI, CIA, Financials, HRP, and Property and Rating. Focus on strategizing deployments, creating change requests, and maximising client value from their software investment.
Location: Can be performed from anywhere in New Zealand (remote), occasional business travel

What you will do
- Assist clients in defining business requirements and supporting business improvements.
- Perform gap analysis between customer requirements and TechnologyOne capabilities.
- Assess, strategize, and manage deployments of business applications.
- Design, implement, and deliver solutions to optimise business functions.
- Create change requests for enhancements and ensure clients maximise TechnologyOne value.
- Contribute to in-house delivery methodologies and help simplify, optimise, modernise client applications.
Requirements
- 2+ years TechnologyOne Consulting experience or similar as a user
- 2+ years in design and implementation of business systems, specifically TechnologyOne CES, CI and CIA knowledge is a must
- TechnologyOne Financials, HRP, or Property and Rating skills highly preferred
- Experience documenting functional specifications and requirements
- Analysing customer requirements and advising on software leverage
- Work with technical/non-technical stakeholders, build client relationships
- TechnologyOne technical skills like XLOne Reporting, BPAs preferred
- Deliver face-to-face or remote training, self-motivated, problem-solver
- Tertiary qualification in related field
