What you will do

• Drive growth opportunities and go-to-market strategies for Cloud Professional Services
• Act as trusted advisor throughout customer lifecycle, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Lead and manage consulting engagements across global teams, delivering financial crime prevention and performance improvement
• Develop actionable implementation plans ensuring measurable business impact and ROI
• Mentor team members, ensure quality assurance, and build partner ecosystem relationships
• Collaborate with account teams, clients, product, and sales to expand services footprint

Requirements

• 8+ years business consulting in financial crime at services/consulting firm, regulatory body, or large financial institution
• Subject matter expertise in financial crime, performance management, business analysis, training
• Proven business development with services-led solutions and service sales track record
• Professional compliance qualification from ICA or CAMS (must)
• BA/BS required (MBA/MSc preferred); excellent communication/presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, database operations, SQL; deep knowledge of Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions Screening, KYC/CDD, Fraud Detection
• Strong mentoring, consultative selling, stakeholder influence, adaptability
