What you will do

• Deliver engaging user trainings and create clear training materials.
• Identify user needs and translate them into support and training activities.
• Support rollout of new features focusing on user readiness and adoption.
• Communicate release changes and updates across multiple countries and channels.
• Gather user feedback and turn insights into actionable improvements.
• Provide hypercare and first-level support during and after system transitions.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, and global stakeholders for smooth deployments.
• Contribute to change management by guiding users through new processes and tools.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish
• Intermediate experience in IT/Software Consulting
• Experience providing 2nd/3rd line IT support and customer care
• Proven experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Navision or Business Central is a plus)
• Experience in Requirements/UAT/Feedback engineering for systems and applications
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Experience with Sales & Marketing applications in a technical or consulting role
• Experience in an international company with globally distributed teams
• Additional languages such as Portuguese, German, or French
