EDM Consultant - Change Team

TL;DR

EDM Consultant - Change Team: Guide clients through high-quality EDMaaS onboarding and change initiatives with an accent on governance, process improvements, and smooth transitions to BAU operations. Focus on leading complex engagements, resolving issues, collaborating cross-functionally, and influencing product development.

Location: Manila, Philippines (2x a week onsite, mid-shift EMEA schedule)

What you will do

• Apply change governance, CAB, and Transition Framework procedures independently, including impact assessments.
• Lead EDM delivery on onboarding projects, drive handovers to BAU, and triage high-complexity change requests.
• Resolve complex issues, contribute to solutions, and support Product/R&D initiatives.
• Build client relationships, represent EDM in meetings, and develop market/dataset expertise.
• Mentor colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute to best practices and process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be amenable to 2x a week onsite in Manila and mid-shift EMEA schedule
• Strong knowledge of data ingestion, processing, and operational workflows.
• Deep understanding of EDM services and client value.
• Solid experience managing issues and change in client-facing environments.
• Experience contributing to client-led or product-led projects.
