What you will do

• Lead end-to-end client onboarding and deployment.
• Run discovery sessions and define rollout plans.
• Build relationships with senior enterprise stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into internal requirements.
• Deliver training and enablement sessions.
• Identify risks, resolve blockers, and share client insights with product and GTM teams.

Requirements

• Direct experience onboarding or deploying solutions into FTSE 100 or similar enterprises.
• Background in GTM, Sales, Customer Success, or Implementation.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable with technical and commercial discussions.
• Experience in high-growth tech environments.
• Located in London.
