hirify.global is recruiting for an AI technology firm delivering an AI platform to FTSE 100 clients.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end client onboarding and platform rollout.
• Run discovery sessions and define deployment plans.
• Build relationships with senior enterprise stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear internal requirements.
• Deliver training and enablement sessions.
• Identify risks, resolve deployment blockers, and relay client insights to product and go-to-market teams.

Requirements

• Direct experience onboarding or deploying solutions into FTSE 100 or similar enterprise organisations.
• Background in go-to-market, sales, customer success, or implementation.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate technical and commercial discussions.
• Experience in high-growth technology environments.
• Clear communication, relationship-building, organisation, commercial awareness, and problem-solving skills.
