SAP Sr Business Analyst (PP MM)

TL;DR

What you will do

• Build relationships with supply chain, planning, procurement, and business teams for SAP PP/MM/QM implementations, upgrades, and optimizations.
• Assist in requirement gathering, provide best practices, document processes, analyze data, and present solutions for enhancement projects.
• Design, configure, and test new SAP capabilities and enterprise-wide applications to improve productivity and enable global solutions.
• Create and execute test scenarios for new and changed components.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to document business requirements and end-user experience.
• Lead operational support for SAP ERP in PP/MM/QM and related supply chain applications; harmonize processes globally.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree with 10-15 years in SAP PP & MM support, including at least two full-cycle implementations.
• Experience in SAP S/4 HANA.
• Strong PP expertise in Make to Stock, Make to Order, Assemble to Order scenarios.
• Strong MM expertise in purchasing, inventory control (batch/serialized, cycle/physical counts, project/consignment stock, subcontracting).
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills; ability to collaborate across business and IT.
• US Person (citizen or Green Card); comply with Controlled Goods Program.

• 10-12 years solid SAP PP/MM experience.
• Business knowledge in production planning, procurement, inventory management.
