What you will do

• Support planning and execution of large-scale complex projects and programs aligning with organizational goals.
• Translate business problems into actionable business and technical requirements, developing use cases and user stories.
• Create and maintain business capability maps, value stream maps, and process diagrams.
• Conduct advanced data analysis to identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with enterprise architects, QA, and project managers to align business and technical architecture.
• Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and provide mentorship to junior analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Certified training in business analysis frameworks (e.g., CBAP, CBA, Agile Business Analyst).
• 8–10+ years in business analysis, architecture, or related roles.
• Expertise in business process modeling (Visio, Miro, BPMN).
• Experience with SDLC (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
• Advanced proficiency in data tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel).
• Solid understanding of IT architecture and systems integration.

• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma.
