Location: North Reading, MA, US. Full-time remote work; only considering candidates local to the Northeastern United States. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Salary: $116,900–$187,100

What you will do
- Support planning and execution of large-scale complex projects and programs aligning with organizational goals.
- Translate business problems into actionable business and technical requirements, developing use cases and user stories.
- Create and maintain business capability maps, value stream maps, and process diagrams.
- Conduct advanced data analysis to identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with enterprise architects, QA, and project managers to align business and technical architecture.
- Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and provide mentorship to junior analysts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Certified training in business analysis frameworks (e.g., CBAP, CBA, Agile Business Analyst).
- 8–10+ years in business analysis, architecture, or related roles.
- Expertise in business process modeling (Visio, Miro, BPMN).
- Experience with SDLC (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
- Advanced proficiency in data tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel).
- Solid understanding of IT architecture and systems integration.
