What you will do

• Partner with client management to identify business opportunities and recommend technical solutions for process efficiency and cost reduction.
• Lead full lifecycle of requirements management, from elicitation and verification to documentation, ensuring clarity and feasibility.
• Perform advanced analysis on interdependent systems, assessing impacts of changes across platforms.
• Manage changing requirements and risks, collaborating with SQA and development teams for high-quality delivery.
• Mentor project teams, coordinate assignments, and validate analyst outputs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years in IT and systems analysis, leading requirements development
• Expert knowledge of application development methodologies and bridging technical/non-technical stakeholders
• CCBA™ or CBAP™ certifications highly preferred
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, facilitation skills; manage multiple projects
• Experience in health insurance industry a significant plus
