What you will do

• Assess and qualify business opportunities by analyzing leads from internal and external sources.
• Generate and advance leads through the qualification process to build a healthy pipeline.
• Utilize CRM System to track, manage, and update pipeline information and generate reports.
• Conduct research and analysis of aerospace OEMs, Tier suppliers, and competitors.
• Develop detailed competitive intelligence profiles covering capabilities, certifications, and strategic positioning.
• Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, pipeline performance, and market dynamics.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data-related roles.
• Familiarity with government contracting (FAR, IDIQ, GWACS, MACs), RFP processes, and engineering services procurement.
• Strong knowledge of aerospace industry structure, including OEMs and Tiered supply chains.

Nice to have

• CRM experience (Unanet or Deltek preferred).
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience supporting GovCon Business Development (Shipley training preferred).
• Certification in business intelligence tools or data analytics platforms.
