What you will do

• Stabilize optical production processes
• Manage operating resources like tooling for optical contacting
• Monitor and control standard process parameters during production
• Optimize lot sizes for each process step

Requirements

• Very good written and spoken English skills
• Degree in engineering or natural sciences with relevant professional experience
• Extensive knowledge of optical measurement technology and optical manufacturing technologies
• Strong understanding of complex technical processes and interrelationships
• Experience in Six Sigma project work
• High level of communication skills and strong team orientation
• Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
