What you will do

• Implement global maintenance strategies aligned with business goals across all locations.
• Conduct plant assessments and advise on maintainability and spare parts standardization.
• Develop and replicate best-in-class maintenance strategies for critical assets.
• Support the creation of SAP procedures and KPIs for SAP utilization.
• Manage maintenance setups and launch processes for new plants.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and finance to drive continuous improvement and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Maintenance Management (Master’s preferred).
• Several years of professional experience in maintenance management within an industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of reliability engineering, failure characteristics, and equipment degradation.
• Proven experience in implementing preventive maintenance strategies.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel to global locations.
