What you will do

• Develop industrial processes and conduct capability studies for screwing, heat staking, riveting, press machines, and milling.
• Manage the acquisition of new equipment and upgrade existing machinery.
• Analyze data to improve production capacity and reduce equipment downtime.
• Lead teams involved in DoE (Design of Experiments) and process digitalization projects.
• Support maintenance, quality, and continuous improvement teams.
• Handle customer and system audits as well as SFMS problem-solving activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering.
• English: Proficiency in spoken and written language required.
• Strong expertise in Excel and Power BI.
• Knowledge of Quality tools such as A3, 8D, and DoE for problem-solving.
• Proactive mindset in data analysis and methodological organizational skills.
