What you will do

• Own growth product surface including acquisition, activation, expansion, cross-sell, and referral strategies
• Lead design, execution, and iteration of product experimentation and testing frameworks
• Manage communications platforms, notification strategies, and in-product messaging systems
• Collaborate with data science on targeting models and next-best-action strategies
• Prioritize roadmap balancing short-term experiments with long-term investments
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers while aligning cross-functional partners

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years in a group PM or leadership role
• Proven experience in product-led growth (PLG) and scaling self-serve growth motions
• Strong experimentation and analytics skills, including test design, sizing, targeting, and post-test learning
• Hands-on product execution with experience shipping improvements and integrating AI tools
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with engineers, designers, data, and go-to-market teams
• Strong systems thinking, analytical instincts using tools like Amplitude, and strategic communication
