Head of Product (SaaS): Own the full product experience of Decile Hub platform for venture capital firms with an accent on UX design, roadmap prioritization, and AI integration. Focus on building complex fund administration workflows, writing precise engineering specs, and leading cross-functional execution to ensure high-quality launches.

Location: Remote, must live and work within a few time zones of Pacific (California) time. We are on Zoom and Slack a lot.

Salary: $150,000 - $190,000 a year

What you will do

• Own the product experience end-to-end, from new user onboarding to complex fund administration workflows.
• Set and drive the product roadmap, translating user needs and business priorities into sequenced priorities.
• Write crisp, specific specs with edge cases and acceptance criteria to respect engineering time.
• Leverage AI tools in discovery, spec writing, research, and product thinking to move faster.
• Conduct user interviews, shadow calls, read support tickets, and close the loop on feature impact.
• Raise the bar on design and UX in dense workflows, pushing for clarity and simplicity.
• Lead cross-functional execution with engineering, ops, legal, and customer success teams.

Requirements

• Must live and work within a few time zones of Pacific (California) time.
• 6–10+ years in product management shipping complex SaaS products.
• Technical fluency with Rails or similar frameworks to engage in engineering discussions.
• Daily use of AI tools in writing, research, specs, and thinking.
• Deep UX sensibility for operational and workflow-heavy domains.
• Strong prioritization, written clarity, and comfort in high-ambiguity environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with fund administration, VC tooling, or compliance workflows.
• Background in operations, legal ops, or workflow automation.
• Analyzing user behavior and creating practical user segments.
