Location: Billerica, MA, US (onsite, 2nd shift: Mon-Thu 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM). ITAR requires US work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Salary Range: $22.00 - $28.00/hour depending on experience

What you will do

• Assemble, package products, and fill out related paperwork while communicating issues to team and engineers.
• Operate mechanical, electrical, and optical tools for quality inspection, measurement, and testing.
• Perform operational tests, fault isolation, basic troubleshooting, and online adjustments to equipment.
• Assist engineers in set-up, rework, process development, experiments, and manufacturing improvements.
• Maintain records, ensure high quality standards, product traceability, and compliance with clean room and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• High School diploma or equivalent; 3-5+ years in related field
• Microscope experience; soldering skills; basic electronic and hardware knowledge (DVM, oscilloscopes, etc.)
• Follow GMPs and SOPs; manual dexterity, attention to detail, basic math
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office); ability to train others and work in team
• Maintain clean room environment and regulatory compliance

Nice to have

• Previous experience in Controlled Environment Area
• Demonstrated ability to train new operators
