What you will do

• Perform various production assembly operations on complex components and subassemblies.
• Hand load PCB assemblies and solder various electronic component sizes, including fine pitch, following schematics.
• Solder under a microscope and identify/repair soldering anomalies using lead and lead-free solder.
• Interpret customer and engineering drawings to incorporate call outs onto assemblies.
• Maintain certifications to industry standards including IPC-J-STD and IPC-D-610.
• Drive continuous improvement within the electronics production process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• US citizenship is required due to U.S. Government contractual requirements.
• Working knowledge of ESD prevention and product handling.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and written instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work a weekend shift (Friday-Sunday, 5AM-5:30 PM).
