What you will do

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in non-functioning manufacturing equipment.
• Install, repair, and assemble equipment using technical blueprints, manuals, and layout plans.
• Execute equipment setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance schedules.
• Analyze and interpret performance data to improve tool reliability and overall module availability.
• Collaborate with Module Engineering on experiments, configuration changes, and data collection.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and procedural standards within a cleanroom environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US; this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
• Education/Experience: BS in STEM, or Associate degree + 1 year experience, or HS Diploma/GED + 2-4 years of technical manufacturing/military experience.
• Ability to work nightshifts (compressed work week, 12-hour shifts).
• Capability to work in a cleanroom environment wearing full PPE for over 90% of the shift.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and walk 2-4 miles per shift.

Nice to have

• Experience maintaining semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Proficiency using hand tools, electrical meters, and calibration tools.
