What you will do

• Safely operate production machines and equipment according to established specifications and schedules.
• Monitor output quality to identify and remove faulty products, ensuring strict GMP compliance.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis and auditing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems on the production line to minimize downtime and defects.
• Provide guidance and orientation to other team members on shop floor competencies.

Requirements

• High school diploma, G.E.D, or equivalent.
• 0-0.5 years of related experience or completion of PBS requirements.
• Regular and predictable on-site attendance in Allentown, PA is required.
• Ability to work non-standard schedules, specifically 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs and work in environments with exposure to chemicals.
