Thin Film Technician

TL;DR

Salary: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

What you will do

• Operate coating chamber systems including setup, loading/unloading parts, foiling chambers, and changing targets.
• Perform basic spectrophotometer scans, regens, bead blasting tooling, and start coating runs.
• Handle chemicals safely, dispose properly, and maintain chamber cleanliness to ensure quality.
• Execute simple crystal error recoveries and support 6S activities.
• Work effectively within teams and monitor chamber status.

Requirements

• Location: Must be in Boulder, CO, United States
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficient in basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
• Previous experience in process manufacturing desired but not required.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs.
