What you will do

• Design, evolve, implement, and support global enterprise network infrastructure.
• Configure, install, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and related network systems.
• Architect scalable and secure LAN/WAN and cloud networking solutions.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex network incidents and performance issues.
• Lead network projects from planning through delivery while coordinating vendors and stakeholders.
• Develop network security policies, maintain technical documentation, and mentor network and IT professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of professional experience in technical networking roles and enterprise network architecture.
• Advanced knowledge of BGP, OSPF, STP, enterprise switching, routing, firewalls, WLAN controllers, and cloud networking.
• Experience with AWS networking, including VPC and Direct Connect, and Azure networking, including VNet and ExpressRoute.
• Knowledge of VPNs, IDS/IPS, access control, threat management, network monitoring, automation, and ITIL practices.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English are required.

Nice to have

• CCNP or an equivalent industry certification.
