Enterprise Architect (Robotics)

hirify.global develops robotics products and is expanding its enterprise application landscape across ERP, CRM, business intelligence, AI, MES, and PLM.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain reference architectures and binding guidelines for connecting enterprise systems.
• Define when middleware or direct connector solutions should be used.
• Act as an early technical sparring partner for planned integrations and new tools.
• Maintain an overview of systems, data flows, dependencies, and redundancies across ERP, CRM, BI, AI, MES, and PLM.
• Assess technologies from an architectural perspective before they are introduced into the core system.
• Contribute the architectural perspective to the AI and digitalization strategy.

Requirements

• Several years of experience building and evolving enterprise architectures in heterogeneous system landscapes.
• Solid understanding of integration patterns, middleware concepts, and API architectures.
• Experience with application types such as ERP, CRM, BI, MES, or PLM is advantageous.
• Pragmatic approach focused on secure, effective solutions.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills for establishing standards without relying on hierarchy.
• Ability to distinguish necessary standardization from processes that would slow down daily business.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience implementing integrations independently.
• In-depth knowledge of Business Central is helpful but not required.
