Location: London, England, United Kingdom (onsite, up to 50% travel to customer and test sites)

What you will do
- Integrate software, sensors, and RF devices with customer infrastructure via networking, power, hardware bring-up, data pipelines, and APIs.
- Debug complex issues across hardware, software, and networking layers in field environments.
- Develop scripts, diagnostics, and automation tools to enhance reliability and observability.
- Capture feedback from operations and collaborate with internal teams to drive product improvements.
- Document system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and lessons learned for internal and customer use.
- Travel up to 50% to customer sites for deployments, troubleshooting, and mission support.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Deep familiarity with Linux (SSH, networking tools, system-level debugging)
- Strong problem-solving skills for independent work under pressure
- Understanding of networking protocols, hardware interfaces, and distributed systems
- Experience integrating or maintaining hardware or sensor systems
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, or similar scripting language
- Willingness for travel and on-site work
Nice to have
- Experience in systems integration, field engineering, or technical operations for complex deployments
- Background in defense, aerospace, or mission-critical environments
- Familiarity with telemetry, data integration, or IoT architectures
- Understanding of RF systems, SDRs, or radar technologies
- Experience with cloud and edge computing (Docker, Azure, AWS)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
