Location: Must be located in the Washington, DC metro area or able to relocate prior to start. This is a full-time, on-site position. Must be eligible to obtain a US security clearance.
Salary: $140,000 - $165,000

What you will do
- Own the operating rhythm: prepare agendas, distribute materials, track action items to closure.
- Draft investor correspondence, memos, briefings, and talking points to executive-ready standard.
- Maintain tracking of engagements, deliverables, and priorities across business development, government relations, and operations; flag risks proactively.
- Build and own operational systems for stakeholder and project management.
- Represent the Office of the CEO in cross-functional coordination with engineering, BD, GR, and operations teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years in high-tempo operational, communications, or strategy role; defense, national security, government, or fast-scaling tech preferred.
- Demonstrated executive-level writing ability (samples required).
- Proven ability to build and maintain operational tracking systems.
- Strong judgment, discretion; must be located in Washington, DC metro or able to relocate; eligible for US security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
