What you will do

• Oversee a team of 4-8 Site Managers and their respective AV deployments.
• Design and implement scalable operational frameworks and performance reporting across multiple locations.
• Manage financial goals and align spending with the operating budget across sites.
• Develop and maintain a rigorous culture of safety and ensure all operations follow strict guidelines.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize end-to-end operational processes and ensure regional consistency.
• Develop operational forecasting models to ensure optimal resource allocation and proactive planning.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in operations or logistics.
• Proven experience building, training, and managing small, high-performing teams.
• Ability to travel frequently (26%-50%) as needed.
• Experience in strategic planning and change management in dynamic, high-growth environments.
• Associates degree or higher in Business, Technical Operations, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Google Suite, Slack, and Atlassian products.
