Location: Washington, DC. Travel ~10%. Unable to provide visa sponsorship. Subject to U.S. export controls.
Salary: $154.5K – $256.2K • Offers Equity

What you will do
- Act as trusted deputy to the CNO, stepping in for meetings and ensuring follow-through on decisions and engagements.
- Shape and execute regulatory affairs strategy across federal, state, and international stakeholders.
- Lead planning, OKRs, and progress tracking for the regulatory function, flagging risks early.
- Coordinate internal teams in engineering, licensing, legal, and communications for consistent execution.
- Prepare briefings, materials, and operating rhythms for leadership and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7–12+ years in government affairs, policy, strategy, consulting, or program management.
- Strong executive presence and clear communication skills.
- Experience with federal agencies, Congress, or highly regulated industries.
- Proven ability to operate in ambiguity, drive outcomes with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with bias for action.
