What you will do

• Serve as a strategic advisor and operational extension of the CIO to amplify executive effectiveness.
• Translate IT strategy into actionable priorities, roadmaps, operating rhythms, and measurable KPIs.
• Drive executive cadence, including leadership meetings, QBRs, board materials, and global communications.
• Ensure alignment across IT sub-functions including Applications, Infrastructure, Data, Cybersecurity, PMO, and Enterprise Architecture.
• Partner with Finance and FP&A to align investment strategies with portfolio priorities and long-term objectives.
• Lead special strategic initiatives and oversee organizational health metrics, talent planning, and capability development.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of experience in technology strategy, transformation leadership, consulting, or executive operations.
• Proven experience operating at the executive level within global, matrixed organizations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology landscapes (ERP, cloud, data platforms, digital commerce, cybersecurity).
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills with board-level exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Needham, MA.
