What you will do
- Proactively source, qualify, and close new partners across Tier 1 (key accounts), Tier 2, and Tier 3 (startups/scaleups) with outbound focus.
- Own and grow existing partner portfolio through upsell, cross-sell, and long-term opportunities.
- Lead discovery conversations, build tailored proposals, and manage full sales cycle.
- Track pipeline in HubSpot CRM and leverage AI tools for efficient outreach.
- Build lasting relationships and share insights with marketing and events teams.
Requirements
- Hybrid role with strong presence in Amsterdam
- Hunter mindset with proven pipeline generation and account growth experience.
- Track record in partnerships, sponsorship, or exhibition sales, ideally in tech/startup ecosystems.
- Consultative selling skills, data-driven approach, and revenue target achievement.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM and AI sales tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
