What you will do
- Manage and maintain status reports for the sales team ensuring activities are up-to-date and accurate.
- Send and administer contracts with clients ensuring terms are reflected in company records.
- Build and maintain relationships with company contacts through Head of Sales network.
- Maintain CRM data quality and completeness identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide administrative support to Head of Sales including scheduling, emails, and document preparation.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in G-Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Drive).
- 2+ years of experience in sales support or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Experience with LinkedIn.
