What you will do

• Conduct proactive sales including cold and warm calls to engage hiring managers in Construction, Property, and Public Sector Estates
• Build relationships with directors, estates leaders, property managers, and HR partners
• Recruit for roles like Building Surveyors, Valuation Surveyors, Estates Managers, Project Managers, and Quantity Surveyors
• Source and screen candidates across private and public sectors
• Attend client meetings in Chelmsford, Essex, and Hertfordshire
• Manage reports, candidate compliance, KPIs, and revenue targets
