Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum + uncapped commission (average deal size £30,000)

What you will do

• Run full 360 contract desk including business development, client management, and candidate delivery
• Build and maintain relationships with key US Advanced Engineering clients
• Headhunt and network for top contract talent using LinkedIn, database, and other sources
• Attend client meetings, write job adverts, interview candidates, and manage placements to onboarding
• Stay ahead of market trends to position as a specialist in the vertical
• Leverage internal tech stack for efficiency

Requirements

• 1–4 years' experience in contract recruitment with exposure to the US market
• Proven track record running a 360 desk in business winning and delivery
• Experience in Advanced Engineering, Clean Tech, Aerospace, Defence, or related technical sector highly desirable
• Hunter mentality with strong relationship-building and opportunity-spotting skills
• Commercially sharp, self-motivated, and confident engaging senior stakeholders
