What you will do

• Run a full 360 desk: business development, client management, candidate delivery for US market
• Work on exclusive briefs with top US Advanced Engineering clients, acting as embedded talent partner
• Build networks, develop new business, headhunt via LinkedIn/database, manage full recruitment process
• Attend client meetings, write job adverts, track market trends, leverage internal tech stack

Requirements

• 1-4 years' recruitment experience, ideally with US market exposure
• Proven 360 desk track record in winning business and delivery
• Hunter mentality, commercially sharp, self-motivated
• Strong communication to engage senior stakeholders
• Experience in Advanced Engineering, Clean Tech, Aerospace, Defence or related highly desirable
